Verify Your Blog Or Website On Google Search Console

Step-1 :  Open Chrome browser 

First of all you can open Chrome Browser, then you have to write in the search bar google search console.

After that you have to search, After searching you will find Google Search console written at the top, you click on it.

 Step-2 :  Click Start Now Button

After clicking, some such page will open in front of you, here you have to click on start now below.

 Step-3 :  Verify Your Gmail Account 

After this, you will have to verify with your google account here, here you verify with the same google account, the account with which you have created blogger, then after that you have to click next, after that you have to login by entering the password.

Step-4 :  Verification

 here you can verify with two method, first is from domain method and second is from URL prefix, but i will tell you that you can verify from URL prefix itself , you do not need to change anything by going to domain "DNS". You have to copy and paste the URL link of your website here below. Be it "Blogspot.com" or you have added  a "custom domain"  you have to paste the URL link of your blog here, after that you click on continue...

Step-5 :  Ownership Verified

after that you will see that your ownership has been verified. Now you can go to google search console by clicking go to property.

Now you can access Google search console for your website.

Step-6 : Generate Sitemap.xml

After doing all this, you have to generate sitemap.xml, for that you have to go to google and go to the search bar and write google sitemap and do a search, at the top you will find blogger sitemap generate xml sitemap written on it. After clicking, you will find xml sitemap for blogger written above, from here you can generate sitemap for your blog. To generate a sitemap, here you have to paste the URL link of you blog, then click on the generate sitemap.

Than you have to copy sitemap . 

you will see that the XML Sitemap has been generated just above that,  you have to copy it from there. 

Step-7 : Access Search Preferences Section

After that you have to go the setting of your blog and go to the setting in search preference. Here you will get the option of custom robot.txt in crawler indexing, you have click on edit, then click on yes and from which you copied the code of XML Sitemap. You have to paste it here and then click on save change.

Step-8 : Access Custom Robots Header Tag

After changing the save, you will find a custom robot header tag written just below it, in this you have to click on edit, then click on yes and then.

Archive And Screen Page >Noindex > Noodp
Default For Post And Page > All > Noodp

Step-9 : Submit Sitemap.xml

After completing this step you have to submit sitemap thing, you have to come back to your google search console, here you have to click on the index on the left side, After that you click on sitemap. Here you will be able to see under the add new sitemap that your website name is coming, just you have to write here sitemap.xml, after that you will click on the submit. Once submitted the sitemap will appear written successfully on your computer screen.
